Privacy policy
Bloom Meadow, the game, collects no personal data. The only personal data we hold is an email address, and only if you join the beta on this website.

The game
Bloom Meadow doesn't collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no adverts, no tracking and no analytics, so nothing about you, or about how you play, is sent to us or to anyone else.
Your progress
Your farm and your progress are saved on your iPhone. They aren't sent to us, and we never see them.
Purchases
Purchases in the game go through Apple and the App Store, under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We never see your name, your card or any other payment details. The game only learns that a purchase went through, so it can unlock what you bought.
Notifications
Notifications are local and opt-in. The game only sends them if you say yes, your iPhone schedules them itself, and nothing comes from a server. You can turn them off at any time in your iPhone's Settings.
The beta sign-up on this website
If you join the beta on bloommeadow.app, we keep your email address for one reason: to send you a TestFlight invite and news about the launch. We don't sell it or share it, and it's never used for anyone else's marketing.
With your email we keep the date you signed up, the country the sign-up came from and the name of your browser, which helps us spot spam. We don't keep your IP address. To stop the form being flooded, it holds a scrambled tag of your connection for up to an hour, and then the tag deletes itself.
The list is stored with Cloudflare, who host this website, and when we email you, an email delivery service sends it for us. They only handle your details on our behalf.
We keep your email while we're sending beta invites and launch news, and we'll delete it whenever you ask. Just email us.
This website has no adverts, analytics or tracking cookies. After you join, your browser remembers that on your own device, so the form doesn't ask again. To show the page, your browser also fetches the typeface from Google Fonts and some animation code from cdnjs and jsDelivr, in the usual way.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted or sent to you. You can also object to how we use it. We use your email because you asked us to, and you can change your mind at any time. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
